Very responsive. Answered phone calls and emails. Property was great! Would stay again. Finding the front door of the property was tricky as it is un marked and the signage around referenced Vail Plaza condominiums not Vail Village Inn. Once found, all was great.

We had a wonderful time. The skiing was exceptional. The village is amazing. We really appreciated the comfy beds, the fireplace and being together as a family.
