We are excited to welcome you back to the mountains of Vail and Beaver Creek this June. In light of current events, we have made some modifications to our policies and procedures. When you are ready to book, please be sure to review our flex cancellation policy.

WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT IN 2020?
We have adjusted our operations to prioritize the safety of our guests and staff. We ask for your patience and understanding of the following items that will be slightly different from previous years.
Normally our check-in time is 4:00 PM. While every effort will be made to have your vacation rental clean, sanitized, and ready by that time, there is a good chance that it will not be ready until as late as 6:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Early Check-In requests are unavailable for arrivals between Memorial Day - Labor Day. For guests planning to stay after Labor Day, please check back with us closer to your arrival date to see if we can accommodate an early arrival.
We have invested in duvet covers for all comforters. These items will be swapped out for each stay so that freshly laundered and sanitized linens will be on the beds when you arrive.
If you choose to bring your own sheets, blankets and/or pillows, please let us know by emailing [email protected] so we can remove the linens in place. All of the linens (sheets and towels) that we provide are laundered in a commercial laundry facility.
To reduce interaction between staff and guests, we are limiting services performed during occupancy to urgent requests scheduled by appointment only, where you will be asked to vacate the premises during the appointment time. If the service is not urgent, we will take care of it after your departure. We understand that there may be exceptions where you don’t feel comfortable not accompanying our staff through the home. If this is the case, please be prepared to wear a mask and gloves.
All guests must be prepared to bring essential supplies with them. Items such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and sanitizer might be in limited supply in the Vail Valley. We will do our best to continue to provide a starter set of supplies which consists of (2) rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, (1) roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, fresh sponge, garbage bags, and a starter set of bathroom amenities.
Community & Subdivision Amenities
Communities & subdivisions may have updated their hours, dates, rules, and/or regulations regarding their public facilities due to COVID-19. Please do not assume all community amenities will be available during your stay. It is best to ask us, and we can provide you with the information we currently have on hand.
Check out will remain at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We will NOT be allowing a late checkout. All guests MUST vacate the property prior to that time on the day of departure.
OUR ENHANCED CLEANING PROCEDURES
rentVAIL will be taking the following measures to ensure your home is disinfected and that we are adhering to CDC regulations:
• All cleaners and inspectors will be wearing facemasks and latex gloves when entering, cleaning, and leaving the home.
• Cleaners will be using specific disinfecting cleaning products to wipe down all surfaces including light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, keyless entry lock, etc.
• Cleaning will take place first, followed by disinfecting.
• Cleaners will use disposable sponges, cloths, and mop heads for each home.
• All windows will be open in the home while cleaning is conducted. (Weather Permitting)
• Cleaners and inspectors are being instructed to wash their hands frequently with warm water and soap.
