Communication was fabulous. From the moment we decided to rent thru rent vail.com we received updates. We had one issue with clogged shower drain and they were there the next morning to repair. Great recommendations for babysitters and baby gear. Very clear communication from beginning to end. Was perfect place for our first family ( including our 6 mo grand daughter) ski trip. Ski school was right across the street. Will come back and use Rent Vail again!

Amazing home with so many windows to take in all the views! We had two families stay in the house and had plenty of room for everyone to hang out or be alone. Very short drive to the slopes and quick Uber rides to Lionshead and Vail Village for dinners and activities. The home was super clean and the cleaning crew was very friendly!

WOW! Rob's place was more than amazing. The home is NOT as pictured it's BETTER! This was the perfect family getaway. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but is super close to grocery stores, restaurants and both Vail and Lionshead Village. The home has lots of space for everyone to relax; boasting 2 cozy gathering spaces to play games, watch tv or simply nap! Also, I wanted to mention the FABULOUS maintenance team that stopped by. I had a couple questions/minor issues and they responded "be there in 4 minutes" WOW! The team walked me through everything and replaced or repaired the needed items. They had incredible patience and a great sense of humor. We are already planning our next visit and guess what...we are planning it around the availability of this location! Thanks again for your flexibility with my booking ( I literally signed the rental agreement on the plane) and the use of your beautiful home! THIS PLACE IS TOP TIER!

This place was absolutely amazing. The entire house was so clean, and the kitchen had everything and more. The view from upstairs and downstairs of the mountains was terrific, and we loved waking up to have coffee with a view. There's a walking trail near the house that leads into Vail Village, which runs along the river, and we walked into town almost every day! You felt close to the village but very private and in nature simultaneously. There were 4 of us staying at the house, and there was plenty of room for all of us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone going to Vail, and I hope to return one day!

This house was clean, spacious, high-end and exactly as represented. We had 8 guests and there was plenty of room. The house was very close to Lionshead Vail Square and the Eagle Bahn Gondola, about a 10-minute drive. There is also a grocery store on the other side of the interstate, about 10 minutes away. It was very nicely appointed and had all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. It was very warm and cozy with several gas fireplaces. The beds were all comfortable, the bathrooms clean, the kitchen just the right size, and the main living room was large and inviting. We loved the house so much that we canceled our dinner reservations on Saturday and Sunday and ordered take out just to enjoy the house with our family, who flew in from Pittsburgh, San Diego and Cleveland. The only negatives, and these are minor, is that the house needs window treatments on the sliding glass doors and windows in the dining room and kitchen. The sun was bright in the late afternoon and there was no way to avoid getting blinded while sitting at the dining room or kitchen tables. The other is that the parking is tight and the access to the property is on a narrow-shared driveway with another house. Turning around to point your vehicle in the right direction was cumbersome due to the limited space. The information provided on the VRBO app was accurate and informative. During the stay, I received text messages to inquire if I had any questions or issues. This was a seamless rental from beginning to end and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at this home. My wife and I along with 2 other couples stayed in the home and truly enjoyed our stay. If we ski vail again we’ll return. The proximity to Vail is great …. Only 6-7min … the house is spacious and has gorgeous details … all around great find.

We had a wonderful stay -- for a group of 5 adults and 1 child there was amble room for all. Very cozy, tons of fireplaces, and even though it's in a neighborhood we felt very secluded and isolated from the houses around us. Would definitely stay again (and plan on it next winter).

Awesome place to snuggle up for a weekend in the mountains. It’s much more amounts in cabin and cozy than the pictures make it look. Loved being able to turn on a fireplace everywhere I looked. Excellent for a group of people - master suite separate on top floor, living space on middle floor, and another great living hang out space on bottom floor. Very spacious. Also loved entertaining a group as the kitchen is open to the living room and you get hang out while cooking. Great amenities in kitchen. Quick walk down the hill to the free bus or lovely walk along gore creek into town.

The house was perfect for our two families, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The heated driveway in the middle of a major snowfall was an added bonus. Modern, warm, comfortable, modern equipment...overall great! Of note, we did have one issue and Rob had someone on site within an hour to address. The garage is also a bit tight for two cars. But overall, GREAT EXPERIENCE and we'll be aiming to return next year!!!
