A long-term stay in Vail starts at 30 nights, and crossing that line changes the math. Stays of 30 or more nights qualify for extended-stay pricing and are exempt from state and local sales and accommodations taxes, so a month often costs meaningfully less per night than booking the same weeks separately.

Our long-term rentals are the same fully furnished condos and homes we manage across Vail and Beaver Creek. Depending on unit availability and owner usage, we can open select properties for monthly and seasonal stays. Most of that availability falls in summer, with a handful of winter options each season.
