By Car
If you are renting a car, it is a straightforward drive west on I-70 to Exit 176, roughly 120 miles and about two hours in good conditions. The main thing to plan around is winter weather.

Bus & Rail
Bustang is Colorado's statewide bus. Take the A-Line train from the airport to Union Station, transfer to the Bustang West Line, and ride straight to the Vail Transportation Center. Often the most affordable option.
Pegasus runs smaller vans on a similar route with lower fares, Wi-Fi and charging ports. Luggage space is more limited than a full-size bus.
