The Fine Print
- Tier status is based on stays completed within an 18-month period.
- Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to stays prior to the program’s launch date, July 2026.
- Member discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.
- Your membership window resets 18 months after your first qualifying stay.
- Blackout dates apply: during New Year's week and Presidents' week, a maximum discount of 10% applies regardless of your tier.
- To apply your member discount to a stay, call or email our team and we will add it to your booking.
- Reaching Platinum unlocks 20% off every stay for the following months within the 18-month period.
