Host has been amazing with communication! The place is clean, comfortable, and close to everything in Avon. The pool is great and all the amenities were great. I would highly recommend staying here to others and will be back myself. 5 star VRBO location and host!

Well equipped kitchen. The decor has a sophisticated mountain look about it. Shuttle service was excellent. Lots of supplies—paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Lots of cleaning products. Kids enjoying the games in the common areas and the board games in the condo. Had a good workout room. View from every window was spectacular!

5 adult guys stayed here for a ski week. Everything was as represented in the listing. Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. It had all the kitchen equipment you could think of and the spice cabinet was full. The game room was great- we played pool every night. Restaurants and groceries are a 10 min walk. The ski shuttle is run off of an app and works very well. I’d definitely stay her again

We wanted to do a quick weekend stay at Avon. The condo had everything we wanted. We were there in an off time in October so there was almost nobody around. The small pool is nice, the hot tubs are just a hot tub as the jets need more power-not great. The condo has everything you might need for cooking. I loved having spices available. They have a table top ice maker which was needed and appreciated. I think they really try to make sure you have a great stay. TVs are wonderful with great internet streaming. Local grocery store was great. We dined out a couple of times. A must drive is to go to beaver creek. Been there 2x already and love it every time. As mentioned, it was a down time so there was no shuttle or even a person to ask for a shuttle ride. Parking was no issue. Hope to come back soon!

The condo is amazing. It has everything you can ask for. The kitchen is stocked up with spices, dinningwares, pots and pans. The bathrooms are nice and water pressure is very good. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, principle bedroom could use a new mattress. The Ascent condo is packed with amenities, fitness, pool and awesome game room. The best part is indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We highly revommend this property and already plan to come back!!

This is a fantastic property. Both the unit and building are beautiful and convenient, and the location is excellent. The building has a wonderful rec area with various seating areas and games (pool, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey). The ski storage is great to have as well. We also found the ski shuttle to Beaver Creek very easy to use. The owners were responsive and provided helpful information. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again myself!

Enjoyed our stay a great deal. Amenities are top notch and location is close to BC mountain. Shuttle was challenging though. Recommend you make your reservation on the app early the day before to go up the mountain since there is limited seating and depending on how many other guests use it, you may end up having to take a later shuttle (to be fair we were there during spring break so was probably busier than normal). We missed early shuttle and had to take the Beaver Creek bus instead since we had to be there early enough for lessons and later shuttle wouldn’t get us there in time. Also coming back down the mountain in the afternoon, the shuttle stops running at 4:30 so you if you hit that last run up the mountain you better hurry back to make the shuttle. If you plan to have a drink after skiing you’ll need to make arrangements for alternate transposition as well.

Location is perfect. Unit was well stocked (spices, coffee, filters, towels for hot tub). Great layout for our group of 6. Large washer & dryer with laundry soap & dryer sheets. Enjoyed the many on property amenities. Note: shuttle goes to Vail mountain only 2x p/day, there is no garage parking but plenty of ample spaces out front. Owner responded promptly to questions.

Perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Best part is the shuttle to both ski resorts and garage parking. We’re from FL, so not dealing with an iced over vehicle every morning was great. Also, we did enjoy the game room, hot tub and workout room. Close to everything, and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed staying in this wonderful condo for the entire Bravo! Vail Music Festival which was easy to drive to from here. Also convenient to all the shopping we do for food and medical needs and for visiting relatives in the area. Met some of wonderful people who live here. We'll be back next year. Did not use all the other condo facilities; too busy with the festival.

We stayed there for a month and hosted visiting friends and family. The layout was super for this purpose! The shuttle is convenient and the staff is all super friendly. The condo has everything you need. We loved being walking distance to all the great Avon restaurants too. Highly recommend. The only disappointment was the early closing time for the pool and hot tubs and that the outdoor fireplace gathering area had been completely dismantled.

Everything about this place was perfect! The hosts were very easy to reach always and gave us lots of great ideas to explore! The condo was so nice! We all had plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed was there! The shuttle was super easy and we also used the hot tub and game room multiple nights! Also loved having the ski storage and on site parking for our rental car! Thank you for everything!

We have been staying in condos in the Ascent building for 8+ years now. It has a at home feeling. It's a wonderfully quite building in a great location. This unit is lovely. Plenty of seating in the den area and the kitchen had everything one needs. The hot tub, steam room and pool are always a great place to unwind after a full day of skiing. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Very comfortable and spacious condo with pretty views of mountains and Eagle River. Easy walk to shops and food in Beaver Creek. Quick drive to Vail. Recommend!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location. We were able to spend time in Vail Village/hikes (15 min drive), Beaver Creek shopping/restaurants (5 min drive) and Avon itself which offered many amenities for our kids. We spent time at Nottingham Park where there was a great park, but also a lake where the kids had loved the sandy beach and water. Def recommend this property!

The building is located at the base of Beaver Creek, a short walk away from a bus ride that takes you direct to Beaver Creek base. Similarly, everything in Avon is walking distance including Nottingham park, where our 1 and 3-year old played almost every day. Overall it was a great property and close to everything.

This was a beautiful, clean condo in Avon. We had a problem with the dishwasher which was resolved the next day. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

We put together a group of four guys / friends and decided on a last minute trip ski trip to Vail / Beaver in mid March! This property was available and was the perfect fit for our group. Charlie was very responsive and responded quickly to our last minute questions. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this unit again. Our only disappointment was in the weather. We had to leave early to beat the Blizzard of the Century, only to get stuck in Denver for two days when all flights canceled.

We were very pleased with our stay in Charlie’s Condo. It was very roomy with three bedrooms and each one having its own bathroom. It was easy access to the mountain right out our front door from the free shuttle van. There were several restaurants within walking distance. We will be back, thank you

We loved staying in this condo with our daughter and 3 grandchildren. We found it to be a great value (much less than the Westin 2 blocks away) with a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of room for all of us. Liked the free underground heated parking to keep us out of the cold and LOVED the free shuttle right out our door that took us to Beaver Creek Village (5 min) and Vail Village (15 min). It was the perfect place to ski both mountains and we never needed our car. There were 8 restaurants within a 10 min walk. We will be back in the summer too. The Ascent is the perfect location right on the hiking/bike path along side the Eagle River that goes to Edwards (4 miles) or Vail (11 miles). Also, there is a great paved walking/hiking path up to Beaver Creek Village (2 miles) or just hop on the free shuttle at your door. Charlie was very responsive and got us a new toaster when it went out! Thank you! We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay in The Ascent. Charlie the property manger was so easy to work with and was readily available if we had a question. The suite was very clean and we had plenty of room for everyone! The Ascent is beautiful in the lobby and in the we had a blast in the downstairs bar/game room. They have an outdoor hot tub that we frequented as well...and a FREE shuttle to the base of Beaver Creek AND Vail. We loved our ski vacation! Highly recommend this suite and highly recommend Charlie the property manager. We’ll be back again this season!

We rented this suite with 2 couples and two children. Plenty of room for everyone. The suite was very clean & spacious. Extremely comfortable and updated. The Ascent has a great lounge & game room that we took full advantage of. Pool table, air hockey, and a shuffle board table. The shuffle board table was a big hit! We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub quite a bit. We skied at Beaver Creek and Vail and used the Ascents free shuttle. Charlie the property manager was very easy and helpful to work with. Would definitely recommend this comfortable property.

Just returned home after a 7 week stay at the property. It’s was great! The condo is exactly as advertised and a nice layout. It is a nice location right next to the entry to Beaver Creek and walkable to many stores and restaurants in Avon. Vail is a very short drive away and we went there many times for the restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this property and will likely stay again soon.
