Very nice property. Lovely to have the river and the bike path in the back yard. Gorgeous view. The landscaping in the summer is beautiful.Property managers were extremely attentive and helpful.We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. We were the only people using them when we were there, so not at all crowded.The property has no AC, so that is a consideration during the warmest weeks of the summer. They supply fans which were helpful. While we were there the nights were always cool enough for comfortable sleeping.

Very clean, super functional for our group of 6 adults. Great light Easy access to shuttle and cascade lift. Well appointed kitchen made dinner for 12 easy. Rent Vail property managment is awesome. Super-responsive. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This was a great condo located within walking distance to chair lift 20. They provide a list of grocery delivery services. We had groceries delivered to the condo and put away before we checked in. They also provided ski rental information that was very helpful.

Great place with amazing access to chair 20 to get you right up the front side! Perfect accommodations for a guys’ trip. Host was very responsive and checkin and check out were a breeze. They sent a lot of info for us!

Creekside property with great location on the bike path. Lots of trails around - a 10-15 min walk to Lionshead and an extra 5 to Vail. The patio on the lowest floor was great for relaxing, yoga, etc. Lots of stairs in the house, with main living area on the top floor, so be conscious if anyone in your party has physical limitations. The pool in the community was not heated but hot tub was nice and the area in general was quiet and relaxed. Communication with the rental agency was excellent. Would recommend and would visit again!

The unit in Cascades on Gore Creek was wonderful. It is just a few steps from the back door to the path along Gore Creek. The sound of the creek was magical. The unit is well appointed. It has multiple levels so each bedroom has a nice sense of privacy. We are a family of six with kids ranging from 10-17. This is a great location for anyone with a family. Our stay was during summer, but this would be an ideal ski location as well. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this property. It deserves 5 stars.

Such a pretty place to stay! The creek was gorgeous and the proximity to the Cascade lift was great. When the walk was snow covered it was the perfect ski-in location. We will defiantly stay here again.

Condominium was well located, and well appointed. We, unfortunately, didn’t take full advantage because several of our group didn’t make the trip due to illness.
The signage at the road, however, is confusing, and it’s not clear how to find it at first. This is especially true, if snow is piled up in front of the sign. But, even absent that, the signage is really confusing. Also, the house number is obscured so it took us a while to find the actual unit once we found the general location.
All in all, it’s a great place and we would rent again.

Very few places to rent in Vail offer a quiet, serene view/sound of the creek and the aspen covered mountains all at the same time. This place checks the box! Immediate access to the trail and the creek and a simple bike ride to Lionshead or Village. We rented bikes and a kids trailer from Venture Sports and had plenty of room to store them in the garage with our small SUV. The back yard may be one of the prettiest places along the Gore Creek. Easy access to Donovan Park/playground and an awesome bike ride to Betty Ford Gardens/playground. We originally booked a condo next door, the owner of RentVail called to let us know construction wouldn’t be complete on time and he offered a condo with the same view for the same price! Smooth customer service!

Perfect accommodations for our family (3 couples and a single) up for a wedding at the top of gondola one. Worked well for hikes local events and no need to drive anywhere. The place was well equipped clean and easy access to gore creek trail. Would stay there again for sure

Great place to stay! Very conveniently located next to a walking trail and the Grand Hyatt where they will allow you to use the shuttle to get around town. Could not have been more convenient! Ample space, very clean, and includes everything you would ever need.

The place was fantastic. Close to Grand Hyatt Hotel and it’s amenities. Community sauna hot tub is great. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cookware. Plenty of extras to make you comfy, a fireplace, blankets, humidifiers, heaters, extra bedding, an air mattress and plenty of snow sleds and fun items. Easy to grab shuttles and busses into and from Vail Village and Lionshead via a short 3 min walk. If skiing/riding you can also take Cascade Way right back to Chair 20 at the end of the day.

There were 7 of us and it was perfect for hanging out in the kitchen/dining/living room area. Also the access to Chair lift 20 was perfect and we used Venture sports to store our skis and boots. All of the rooms were roomy and nice bathrooms. Hot tub was easily accessible, spacious and clean. Would be good to also visit in the summer.

We loved the Condo we rented in Cascade Village. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bedrooms all had beautiful views, comfortable beds, and appealing decor. And most importantly the location couldn’t be better for a group of enthusiastic skiers! This is the most responsive and friendly rental company I have ever had the pleasure of working with! From my first inquiry about the property, through booking and then even after check out and realizing we had forgotten some “key” items in our condo, Rob and his team were absolutely incredible at meeting all of my family’s needs. I highly recommend RentVail! Five star experience!

Stayed here for almost a week with two families of four each. Located right next to the new Talisa Hotel and Aria Athletic and Tennis club. Used Hotel's shuttle to travel to Lionshead. The condo is really a townhouse on four levels with two bedrooms at the lower level, one master BR in the 2nd level and one in the third level. Family room is on the top level with a beautiful stream & mountain view and a balcony with a grill. The property manager Rob was very responsive and helpful. Perfect stay for 8. Any more than 8 may get a bit challenging.
