Coldstream Townhome 38

We've rented a Coldstream Condo for the last 3 ski seasons. Unit 38 was is slightly smaller than the other units but it's beautiful. Just an fyi, the pool and hot tub we're great this year. In previous years, the community pool was not heated and the hot tub was only lukewarm. We were going to find another condo area in Vail because the chilly pool/hotub in 2023 and 2024 but we'll come back to Coldstream again.

There were so many. RentVail was best property management company I have ever dealt with. Quick responses. So helpful. Property was perfect, great kitchen, everything you could ever want or need.

Very comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feed and seat 7 for breakfast and dinner. 5 min walk to chair lift was key. Nice hot tub around the corner and grill outside the door was awesome. The bunk room was a bit small for 3. But the other 2 rooms were a nice size.

Great place no problems. Great Location. Amenities were great. Great water pressure and all HVAC systems work as they should. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Highly recommend.

We all agreed, one of best locations and best properties for supplies and comfort that we have stayed in over the past 20 years. The Team was exceptional. Prompt to respond and helpful. Rob has helped us for 15 years and really has found us high quality rentals.

Perfect condo for our family ski trip! Spacious beautiful living area, lovely kitchen with everything needed for eating in; bedding was very comfy after a full day of skiing: Cascade ski lift a very short walk along the beautiful Gore Creek Trail; host was quite responsive to questions and needs; highly recommend this condo for a great ski trip!

Lovely home & we deeply appreciate the fully cooking ready kitchen! And the surprise about the massage chair was wonderful. Time to update those pics... a real gem! Many families and folks we spoke with kept asking about where we ate, as it's nearly impossible to get reservations in Vail in the winter without true type-a planning. We thought all these folks were crazy: We ate in most and loved it!
Many homes in this complex are owned by the Hyatt, and are as a result less well stocked (they do have a shuttle to the Cascade if the 8 minute walk isn't for you...this one doesn't have that). Overall this home is better IMO. It's also well located for loading / unloading, and the 8-person hot tub. Bring your flip flops... the 50' to the hot hub (if you're lucky) gets snow and is cold on your toes... 1st world problem.

We have stayed in many properties. This property was as advertised and exceeded my expectations. The property is very well maintained and well stocked. Team was awesome!! We checked in late and had some issues with the lockbox (there's an owner lockbox next to the front door and a guest lockbox tucked away out of sight, which we originally had trouble locating / didn't know there was a distinction). We called and texted the team at 8:30 pm and had a response within minutes! Additionally, we had some questions about guest parking and trash and they picked up the phone right away each time. We so appreciated the immediate responses and level of service! The only (small, very minor, more specific to the technical platform the team may be using) feedback is that it seems like when a text is sent to the team and a team member responds by calling the guest, the other team members aren't notified that the issue has been resolved. This results in multiple team members calling/texting the guest and at times, I missed those second/third calls and texts and felt a bit guilty. Regardless, thanks for the great service and help, team!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It was comfortable and well-stocked. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The location was quiet and scenic. Rob was a pleasure to work with. When our rental request fell through, he provided us with this place at no additional charge. He was also very responsive via phone or email.

This Condo was amazing. It had top of the line kitchen appliances and fully stocked. The bathrooms were all remodeled with high end fixtures. The beds were comfortable and lots of sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. It was a two minute walk to a good size outdoor Jacuzzi and the local shuttle bus. Our family of nine really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

The condo is in excellent shape. The kitchen area and family room are centrally located for good family time after skiing. The bedrooms are all upstairs and in excellent shape. The only negative is if you have to have a ski in ski out place this is not the best location. We choose to load our vehicles with all the gear and drove into Vail Village because the bus/van system was a little dicey. All in all is was a nice place to stay.
