This unit was a great value for the amount of space and quality. The hot tub was very nice. It was a little bit of a walk from our unit, but towels were provided there and it was not crowded. The unit was extremely nice with master suite on the lower level, kitchen and living room on the mid levels, and 2 'kids' bedrooms on the upper level. During our stay the walk to the ski lift and/or bus stop was dangerous due to ice, so it worked out best for us to drive to the slopes. There was a shuttle there sometimes but it was unclear if we were really supposed to be using it. During less icy conditions I would just walk to the Cascade Village lift, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Todo me pareció excelente la casa coincidía con las fotos y muy bien ubicada. Lo único es que el baño de las habitaciones de arriba un poco pequeños.

Very clean, organized, quite condo with everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. Situated on the Gore Creek with a short walk to the hot tub and pool.Highly recommend. Will stay in this unit again when visiting Vail.

The property was comfortable warm and met all of our needs. Cold stream seven is a great unit for a group of six. Even the guys working to chip away ice were helpful and took our trash to the dumpster. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Skiing was amazing. Loved the community hot tub and heated pool. Beautiful fireplace and views. 5 floors with plenty of space for 6 adults. Free wifi and smart tv

The condo was really lovely. We had 4 teenagers and two adults. The teenagers loved having the two rooms upstairs and my husband and I enjoyed being on the ground floor. The living area & kitchen were set up nicely. We liked the location within Coldstream, it was tucked back in the corner of the complex and the view from the living room was lovely. The fireplace in the living room was awesome. My only constructive criticism is we cooked most of the time we were there and two small skillets and only one baking sheet made it a challenge. A larger skillet or two and at least one more baking sheet would have made cooking less time consuming and easier but seriously, that is the only thing I can come up with to criticize. Beds were comfy, it was nice being able to wash clothes, we had a little leak in the dishwasher and we called it in and management sent someone that day to make the repair. Check in and out was a breeze.....a great stay!

The condo is beautiful and very clean. We were two families, and everyone was comfortable. The house had everything we needed, and the property manager was clear and frequent in their communication. The location is unbeatable. We could walk to Vail's chair 20 by the Grand Hyatt in less than 10 minutes. You can even rent skis right there at the Hyatt if you want. We knew the condo was close to the lift from the listing, but I was still surprised at how easy it was to just walk to the lift and then be able to access all of Vail ski resort. Awesome way get on the mountain without having to deal with the chaos of Vail Village. Then at the end of the day, we just hopped a quick shuttle home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I hope I get to!

We all had a great time! With the easy access to the lifts that were only a 10 minute walk away, this was very comfortable place to use as our homebase for our visit

What a terrific vacation experience! We were close to the ski rental shop, chair lift, and grocery store, yet when we returned to the spacious and well-appointed condo, it felt like we were being pampered in a secluded mountain retreat. Highly recommended! Excellent! Rob quickly delivered ice trays when the icemaker wasn't operating, then he repaired the machine.

Condo layout is perfect for privacy AND entertaining with the master bedroom on the bottom level, living area/kitchen on 2nd level, and guest bedrooms on third level. Plenty of bathrooms (3.5) and bedding (king, 3 doubles, 1 twin, 2 trundles). Well-appointed kitchen. Spacious windows, sectional sofa, gas fireplace, TVs (4), and board games make relaxing very enjoyable. Convenient washer/dryer in single car garage. Highly recommended!
