Open the window at night and all you will hear is the creek babbling in your backyard. Free parking is also included in the building garage for 1 car. Dial-a-ride is available, but who needs it? Walk to Beaver Creek Village for dining, shopping, and entertainment. An outdoor community hot tub is available year round.
