Amazing stay at Vail 21. Perfect location, super comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean — especially the white sheets and towels. The furniture and decor were clearly chosen with care. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for first visit to Vail for ski trip. Not knowing the town went with Lionshead area and not disappointed. It’s definitely the quieter side if the town but easy short walk to gondola and lifts. So easy. The condos are a little on the small side so any more than 4 would be tight. Our place was nicely appointed. Only thing I would say missing would be coffee for the coffee maker. You need to check and then bring your own. Overall good experience and would stay there again.

Amazing place, walking distance to Gondola. We loved it! even though we only stayed 3 days, it was one of the best places we stayed in Vail in years. spacey bedrooms, updated bathrooms and kitchen. We will be back again for sure.

Altogether a very positive experience. Would definitely consider staying in Vail21 again if we could rent a larger unit, or a 3 bedroom unit. Rob is wonderfully responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic time. The hot tub was a little too hot the first night, but my guess is that it hadn't been used. It was perfect all other nights. The kitchen was VERY well appointed, Calphalon pans, saran wrap, high quality knives, tupperware, all cleaning materials needed for day-to-day. The beds were comfortable, their pillows are super soft (bring your own if you prefer firm). Living space was great and the wood fireplace was such a nice touch. Grill on the patio. TV's in each room. Plenty of towels. It was so perfect. The only thing that made it better was the property management. Extremely friendly and personable, really a finishing touch. The best VRBO we've ever had. Rob was the friendliest manager I think I've ever dealt with. I would work with him again for sure.

Great 3 week stay in Vail 21, unit 302. The unit is super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. The location of the unit is amazing, you can put on your boots and be on the lifts in less than 5mins!!! Love working with Rob and his team, they make your vacation a truly relaxing experience, from start to finish the rental experience is first class!

Our family had a great stay. We loved the condo. Great proximity to everything, very comfortable for our family of three. The condo was very well appointed with everything we could have needed, especially a super comfortable bed and bedding at the end of our day. The included parking spot was also a very nice bonus.
The communication from the rental company was also excellent. They were always very responsive.

Condo is beautiful and beautifully updated. King bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rob at Rent Vail is so nice to work with. He is friendly and cares about people’s needs. He makes things happen. The website and the text messages are very convenient and helpful.

We were very happy with our stay. Exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable especially for family with kids. Close to everything even a market right downstairs. Rob was very helpful and nice. Good stay. Some caveats. The location on the map was off by three properties on the map. This resulted us getting a bus pickup location 4 properties away we we had to carry our luggage at 6 am in the morning to our bus pickup. The actual location is a property named Vail 21. Our sofa bed was broken. They had a extra thin mattress, but it was uncomfortable so one of our guests slept on the sofa that was not folded out. He legs had to rest on the sofa arm rest. For the price the location and property was good. Still 5 stars. If I slept on the sofa personally maybe I would have given it 4 but my friend slept on it.

Condo 302 in Vail 21 is very nice and well appointed. The condo is clean and has everything you need for cooking, sleeping, bathing, etc. Vail 21 has many different units and it is important to note that each one is maintained differently. #302 is very nice and everything looks to be fairly new including the cookery. Rarely have I stayed in a place where the pots and pans are new and in good condition. The unit is a short walk to the Gondola. There is NO washer/dryer in the unit. The unit is small and more than 4 adults would be tight with boots and baggage. It would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner in the unit as the cow skin rug tends to collect everything.

Close to gondola and lifts. Clean with new furnishings, good sized and well equipped kitchen, great bedrooms, accessible terrace with quality gas grill. Only negative is small living room and frustrating TV remote.

The condo was perfect for us, 4 adults. Loved the remodeled kitchen which made it easy to eat in. The rest of the living space was well designed and very comfortable. Plenty of lighting in the condo, which we appreciate. Perfect location for walking into and around town. Hope to revisit soon!

Although it is a little small, the location was great. The unit is up to date and clean. It was a 2 minute walk to the Gondola. I would definitely stay here again. Great ski vacation.

We had a great time in Vail and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vail21 unit 302. The proximity to the slopes and village is ideal. We enjoyed preparing a nice breakfast before hitting the slopes and apres ski on the deck with the sunsetting or inside by the cozy fire. Would definately recommend the property and we hope to return next year.

We were so happy to have chosen this apartment for our stay. It was just the perfect size and with balcony and fireplace. It was kept tidy and even had some extras in the pantry. Could have used a broom after the 3rd day though. The bathrooms are spacious, brand new and modern. The coin laundromat is on the same floor and the location was perfectly aligned with taking the bus to Vail Village and also walking around Lionshead. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.
