The place was clean and comfortable. The check-in instructions were clear and we had no problems getting to the room once we found the building entrance! Having a slightly wider-angle photo of the entrance would have made it a tad easier, but mainly because we approached on foot rather than in a car.
Overall, a great stay with clear communication and no issues. We didn't need to reach out to the hosts for anything!

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for a summer rental in Vail - next to all of the shops and restaurants in East Vail and a close walk over to Lions Square. The instructions for unloading luggage and parking were very detailed and, while it was nice to have our car parked close, we didn't need it and walked everywhere! We highly recommend this rental!

This property offers plenty of space for a small family and is directly across from the free Vail shuttle system. It’s located in the heart of shopping and eating and has an easy to access pool and hot tub next-door.

Great location, clean nice condo. RentVail extremely responsive and attentive. Skier tip - take bus right in front of condo up to chair 6. Can’t beat it for location.
Pay close attention to detailed check-in instructions, especially if at night.
Recommend Sweet Basil, Chasing Rabbits and Left Bank.

This property was a great find. It appears to have been recently updated and all the updates were thoughtful, beautiful and restrained. The location was adjacent to the village and I appreciated that I could walk just about everywhere. This place was a great combination of cozy and quiet. I appreciated having the kitchen in the unit and ski storage area on the main floor. I would definitely plan to return. The bed (new) was super comfortable. I also enjoyed the hot tub access at the Sebastian, next door.

This location offered the best combination of accessibility to Vail Village and a quiet retreat. I enjoyed all the walkable places available to this location. The restaurants that were sampled for evening meals were all exceptional. The kitchen in the unit was ideal for breakfast and snacks. The unit was very cozy and I felt like it was an escape. The prior review about the bed is no longer relevant because the (new) bed was super comfortable. I would definitely plan to return to this location. It is tucked away and it was initially a little hard to find because the Google map on my phone could not exactly locate the address. The RentVail team was super helpful. Overall a great find.

Enjoyed my stay, super cozy, clean, right in vail village, easily walk to the lift. Right next door to liquor store, cafe, deli, bars, hot tubs are actually in the hotel across the walk but were luxury and relaxing

The location of the condo was excellent; it was right in the village and provided easy access to everything. There is also a bus stop right outside of the door to get you to the far reaches of Vail quickly. I was surprised how few other guests there were in the building. In a four night stay I only saw two other guests. This made for a nice quiet atmosphere. The parking deck was accessible via a few unmarked doors in the proximity of the building. Taking a left out of the front door towards the Sebastian real estate office place was the closest and provided access without steps so you can roll luggage from the car. We opted to do this instead of the Sebastian temporary parking. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Simply put, this this place is awesome. Location, amenities with hot tub access, proximity to everything in Vail Village make this Condo an great place to stay.
Ski/boot storage, and a quick 5-7 minute walk to Gondola 1 are perfect for the skiing crowd.
With the bus stop close by, you also have easy access to Lions Head and other Vail Village destinations when you don’t want to walk.
Having free parking rounds out the experience adding to the value.
We highly recommend this condo for couples get aways.

Excellent location and great communication! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It's an easy walk (~8 minutes) right to Gondola 1, and in a prime Vail location. The building was quiet and will-equipped with ski lockers. A plus to this unit is that it's on the top floor, so you don't hear any neighbors above you (which is a treat!)
As the unit sees more and more renters, the pantry will get a little more stocked with necessities. For the time being however, I suggest bringing core cooking items if you plan to eat in (i.e. olive oil, sugar, etc.) The condo is right next to a small grocery store and a wine shop, so it's convenient to purchase anything you need!
Sometimes rentals owned by bigger companies don't come with good service, but that was not the case here. RentVail has done a great job ensuring the personal touch you expect from Air BnB still exists, which was refreshing.
The last thing I'll mention - the WiFi is the free city WiFi. It works well for the most part, but if you need highly reliable WiFi (i.e. if you plan to work from the condo) I suggest bringing a hot spot....or just skipping work to ski!

Nice, cozy condo. Works for a small family or a couple, or two couples who know each other well (which was our group) as there is only one bedroom. Beds were comfortable including the murphy bed and nice linens, plenty of towels. Easy check in/out and responsive management. Access to the outdoor pools next door was easy and wonderful after skiing. Bathrooms could use a refresh and a few basics in the kitchen would have been helpful, but overall we were very happy with our stay. Comfortable, functional, sparkling clean, and super convenient to the ski hills. It's hard to beat the location in Vail Village with the bus stop in front of the building or we could walk anywhere. It was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay here again, thank you!
