If rentVAIL had a quiet superhero, it would be Jeff. He is the cool, calm and collected problem solver who keeps absolutely everything moving, no task too big and no guest request too complicated. His humor is top-notch and delivered always at the perfect time. He has been by Rob’s side for nearly 20 years and knows these properties and this business inside out. 

Fun fact: Jeff is originally from Ohio, and if you are a Browns or Buckeyes fan, you will instantly become best friends.
