Rob is the founder and steady hand behind rentVAIL. He started this company with a simple idea: take care of people, and do things the right way. Owners trust him because for more than 20 years he’s treated every home as if it was his own. Guests know him as the person who will pick up the phone, show up if needed, and make sure things are sorted out quickly and calmly. He’s deeply invested in the community and in the families who choose to work with us, and his personal approach is a big part of why renting or owning with rentVAIL feels friendly, consistent, and easy.
