The booking process was straightforward, and they sent detailed check-in information several times, both a few weeks out and the day of arrival. We had a fabulous family ski vacation in 104 Aspenwood. The unit was quite spacious for a couple and two teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, there was plenty of paper products, and humidifiers were available in both bedrooms. Proximity to the Arrow Bahn lift was fantastic. Overall a very easy and relaxing experience.

We checked in late and had some issues with the lockbox (there's an owner lockbox next to the front door and a guest lockbox tucked away out of sight, which we originally had trouble locating / didn't know there was a distinction). We called and texted the team at 8:30 pm and had a response within minutes! Additionally, we had some questions about guest parking and trash and they picked up the phone right away each time. We so appreciated the immediate responses and level of service! The only (small, very minor, more specific to the technical platform the team may be using) feedback is that it seems like when a text is sent to the team and a team member responds by calling the guest, the other team members aren't notified that the issue has been resolved. This results in multiple team members calling/texting the guest and at times, I missed those second/third calls and texts and felt a bit guilty. Regardless, thanks for the great service and help, team!

“ ”Our family of five stayed here 12/23-30/2017. Snow At Vail was extremely poor at this time, but we have been multiple times before and it is a great mountain. We have stayed at a number of accommodations at Vail and this was the best. Spacious, modern, excellent location, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, nice, living area. Good access to parking, good access to Vail, really a nice property. Will probably try to stay here again when we come back. Front door area A little bit cold as the hallways are not internalized in the building. So, cold air can come into the front hallway making it a little chilly at least in that area. dont know if theres anything that could be done about this if it were very cold. However this did not detract from the overall stay. Apparently bathrooms are renovated recently, and bathrooms and bedrooms are quite modern. Kitchen is also quite modern. Generally any expected amenity is present in the condominium. Really a very excellent place overall. Highly recommended.

We were able to enjoy many hours on the mountain right outside our door. The wood burning fireplace was a cozy plus. The condo is nicely decorated and supplied with all our needs for a great stay.
